This webinar will provide an introductory overview of the criminal justice system from the time a crime is reported to law enforcement through the post-sentencing phase of a case. The presentation will introduce attendees to terms used within the criminal justice system.

Attendees will gain a better understanding of the different directions a case can take during the investigation and prosecution of a case.

There will also be an overview of the different sentencing options and supervisory agencies after an offender has been sentenced. There will be a question and answer period to address any areas of the system.
